Free as a Bird!

To those of you who have been avidly reading and wondering what I'm exactly up to, I'm now finally in a position to share my news! As of January 1, 2012 I'll officially be self employed! That's right, I'm leaving my full-time advertising job in an effort to build my own business. You'll hear more about what the will entail in the coming months as I further develop it. In the near term it will include marketing and advertising as that's most of my experience lies but it will grow to include a few other key offerings as well that I'm quite excited about.

It is said that unless you find your true calling in life, a personal sense of purpose, that you're never fully energized and motivated. While for a very long time I thought that was advertising for me, I've grown and evolved a lot since then--mainly over these last two years--and I now have a greater purpose in mind for myself. I want to help others become the best versions of themselves. And come the new year I'll be telling you all about how I plan to do that...this is just to wet the whistle :)

So with that, I'm going to get back to this chilly Saturday in LA and finish up some holiday errands. I hope everyone is gearing up for what should be a blissful holiday season. Cheers to that!
