gratitude challenge

I've done this once before and it was incredibly powerful so I'm doing it again. For the month of May I will write down one positive thing about my day - every day for the entire month. If I miss/forget a day I will go back, reflect on that day, and fill something in to ensure no day goes by without something wonderful captured. I just caught up for having missed the last few days and so far, 14 days into May, my month is sounding pretty powerful.

See that's the thing - the mind is so simple to train. You just have to put the practice into place - re-wire it to see all the good in your world so it has a fighting change. Because naturally it's wired to scan for things that are wrong and hence we have a lot of negative thoughts swirling around. But if you're working on building your positive muscle by scanning for the good, reflecting on the good, journaling about the good, and thinking about the good - it slowly but surely changes your reality.

So here's to finding and seeing the good - what are you grateful for today?
