fun weekend ahead

It's gonna be a fun weekend. My phila and LA lives will be colliding. My two old bosses from Red Tettemer are tying the knot this weekend, in LA! so many folks from the agency are coming out for the big weekend, i can't wait! and to top if off, they are getting married a fabulous old hotel here in hollywood, Chateau Marmont. I can't wait--it's just going to be, well, fabulous.

so i got myself a new dress with quite a necklace that is the "statement piece." I'll wait to post pics for when my hair is done and i'm slightly kissed with a "spray tan." Yes, not b/c i'm in getting to LA but b/c i got a bad tank top tan a few weeks ago and it's just not a good look w/ the dress. So i'm trying out my first spray tan from a place that comes highly recommended. We'll see...

so like with any wedding, lots of beauty prep but it's gonna be a great night. I'm even making a bit of a "staycation" out of it and saying over in a hotel so hopefully i can maximize my time w/ everyone who's in town, etc. So i'm looking forward to it.

other than that, just been quite busy with work...i love my new account as it's given me much of what i was looking for--more of a challenge. but it is busy and until i find someone to add to my team, the workload is a bit off balance...but it will work out. it's good, i'm happy with it.

got nothing on the dating front...expecting that to change any day now as it always does so you'll hear about anything that's worth mentioning.

that's all i got. i know i'm behind in my phone calls...my dad's about the only one i make sure i speak with each week--the time change really does kill me and busy weekends make it even harder. so bare w/ me if you're one of those waiting to hear from me :)
