This might possibly be one of the happiest days of my life. My newly adopted (almost) one year old lab is just the absolute sweetest thing I've ever come in contact with. He is such a little love bug who's so well manned in my place and so good to walk on a leash. He is just darling, and his name is KoKo. KO are very special initials in my life -- they are those of my mom. And while I loved the name Cocoa for a chocolate lab I thought this name is much more unique and very special. So KoKo it is.
And he's settling in so well, he's just so happy to be loved. And he gobbled up his first bowl of food in no time and took his pills well with a piece of lunchmeat. But he is NOT happy about the crate so I have a feeling I have a couple long nights ahead of me but I hope he'll feel comfortable and settled into his crate in no time.
So here's to what I hope is a very long life with my buddie, KoKo. xoxo
