Last night I hosted a Stella & Dot jewelry party. My friend Jill is one of the reps and she asked me to help her spread the word among my friends in LA. So i reached out to all the girls and had them over for some wine and cheese and jewelry shopping. It was quite fun.
It's interesting in LA when you get random people together b/c somehow someone always know something about what someone else is into. It's like one BIG business out here and by all the varying degrees we're like all connected. So from high school to college friends, to work colleagues to friends of friends, it was quite a fun mix. And I managed to convince almost all of them to make a purchase which means I get a free piece of Stella & Dot jewelry and 1/2 off two other pieces (too bad I don't have any disposable income :(
